Owner Gosia Ryszkiewicz believes exceptional staging is about more than beautiful furnishings. It's about thoughtfully showcasing a home's unique character, creating an emotional connection for buyers, and helping every property reach its fullest potential. With a meticulous eye for detail, she personally oversees each project to ensure every space feels warm, elevated, and unforgettable.

  • Joel Lebron

    LEAD STAGER


    LeBron is an interior stylist and home stager with seven years of professional experience and a passion for design that began at age seven. After working extensively throughout downtown Chicago—including the Gold Coast and surrounding urban neighborhoods—he is now expanding his reach across both the northern and southern suburbs. He has styled and staged high-end residential and commercial properties throughout these diverse markets. Having worked alongside two leading staging companies and served as a top interior stylist for luxury furniture brands, LeBron brings discipline, precision, and a refined eye to every project. To him, Home Glo represents business, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a member of the Home Glo team, he is committed to the company’s high standards and works collaboratively to bring their shared vision to life. Together, they deliver exactly what the name promises—the “glo” that transforms every property into a stylish, inviting space that captivates buyers and gives agents confidence.

  • Jennifer Ryszkiewicz

    OPERATIONS & MARKETING MANAGER

    Education
    B.S. Neurobiology, Minor in Psychology - Saint Mary’s College
    M.S. Biomedical Neuroscience - University of Florida

    Jennifer oversees the operational and marketing strategy behind Home Glo, bringing a detail-driven approach to the systems that support the company’s continued growth. Her work spans brand development, digital marketing, financial administration, client management, and the development of streamlined processes that keep projects organized from initial inquiry through completion.

    Outside of Home Glo, Jennifer has built a career in scientific research and holds a B.S. in Neurobiology with a minor in Psychology from Saint Mary’s College. She is currently pursuing an M.S. in Biomedical Neuroscience at the University of Florida. Her analytical background shapes her approach to Home Glo—combining organization, strategy, and thoughtful decision-making to strengthen the business behind the brand.

  • Adrian Ryszkiewicz

    FINANCE MANAGER

    Education
    B.S. Business Administration - Lewis University

    Adrian oversees the financial and accounting functions of Home Glo, bringing a strong foundation in business administration, financial management, and client service to the company’s operations. He manages financial reporting, expense tracking, budgeting, and accounting processes while helping maintain the financial organization necessary to support Home Glo’s projects and continued growth.

    Professionally, Adrian works in the luxury automotive industry as a Service Consultant for Porsche, where he operates in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment centered on service, communication, and operational efficiency. His experience working within a globally recognized luxury brand brings an additional perspective on professionalism, client expectations, and the level of service associated with premium markets.

    At Home Glo, Adrian applies his business and financial background behind the scenes, providing the structure and oversight that allow the creative and operational sides of the company to function efficiently.

  • Emily Ryszkiewicz

    STAGING OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

    Education
    B.A. Psychology - DePaul University

    Emily supports Home Glo’s day-to-day staging operations, working alongside the team to help projects move efficiently from preparation through installation. She assists with on-site staging needs, project coordination, and the logistical details that contribute to a smooth and organized staging process.

    She also helps document Home Glo’s work in progress, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, transformations, and project details during staging installations. This on-site content provides a window into the staging process and supports the visual storytelling used throughout Home Glo’s social media and digital presence.

    With a background in psychology, Emily brings an understanding of people, perception, and communication to her work, along with an adaptable and team-oriented approach to each project.
